【あちこち域外探訪記】 呉散策、レンガ風景 ・・・ #５


メインの「はりま」を離れ、あちこち域外を探訪します

今回は呉のレンガ風景です

さらに呉の観光中心地方向へ歩く・・・
風格ある煉瓦建築物が見えてくる

旧呉鎮守府（ちんじゅふ）庁舎
現在は、海上自衛隊呉地方総監部庁舎
これ以上は立ち入り禁止・・・

デジカメを思いっきり望遠側へ・・・
でも、これが精一杯
門の正面に向いて建っておらず斜めになっている

もう少し道路に沿って進む・・・このあたりが正面
くれナビによれば
旧呉鎮守府庁舎。１９０７（明治４０）年に竣工した
地下１階、地上２階建て、延べ１，９９０m2のレンガ石造の建築です
レンガと御影石（みかげいし）で造られています
外壁は、イギリス積のレンガで呉市にある代表的レンガ建物です
毎週日曜日一般公開されています
一般公開されているようだが、時間指定あり
ゆっくり泊付きで訪れないと無理っぽいかな・・・

で、美術館や記念館がある入船山公園のほうへ・・・
